Beautiful fall day here, warm enough to feed the fish outside occasionally. pretty neat to watch the fish outside on a day like today, sunny and 62F.
Recently been having some crushed large priority box issues with the post office. Our TGC President Rob Crosby sent me to Staples to buy the 12”X 12″ x 12′” small box. After six shipments, nothing crushed anymore. I still use the Priority Mail medium box, very successfully, but the large box is faulty.See pictures for details.
Also, because Priority Mail has variable delivery on bad weather and holiday weeks I have started inserting ammonia adsorption cubes to the fish bags during shipment. Feedback about bags of fish that are in transit for up to four days are really great, picture included..
Last but not least, our Membership Chairman Joshua Mc Williams has moved North and now lives in the Greater Cincinnati area. All of us keepers and breeders in the Ohio, Kentucky Indiana and West Virginia area are pretty excited to have such a serious groomer and breeder in our area. Wish him the best of luck!
