I have had a few of these Whisper 20 air pumps for several years, and I love them. They are quiet and very reliable, but they do eventually wear out. I was looking online to see if I could purchase a repair kit, and I realized that a brand new pump was as cheap as $8.89 plus shipping. I then discovered that if I purchase on Petsmart’s website, I get a 5% discount and can pick up in-store the same day and save the shipping charge. So I purchased online and the total was $8.79. When I went to the Petsmart store, I noticed that the same pump sells for $21.99 (in-store purchase). Just thought I’d pass this along…check the website before you purchase in-store.
