Thanks to my fellow Dayton Koi Club members for their extreme hospitality and friendship. It was a beautiful event with 68 entered goldfish. Tristan Z. Won best in show and Greg Rau won reserve Grand Champion. Dan Young won numerous classes and had two great sets of top view Ranchu. Nathan Sylvester won best Bristol in a class that had seven entries.
Mike Wyenschenck and Ken Fischer supplied all the goldfish trophies( thank you). Mike, also came as a goldfish and koi vendor. All you people missed a fabulous selection of Wakins, Orandas, Ryukin, , and Broadtail Bkack Moors with great prices.
Lectures by Troy Head, Joshua Mc Williams and myself were well attended.
Today was goldfish and auction day. It was a huge treat by Jody snd his wife as an auctioning, sample provided. Tristan’s Grand Chsmpion is also pictured below. Point to remember with Tristan, a small set up in a dorm room that is well groomed can beat everyone! Until next year! Source
