Program Details and Notes
First and foremost, Ohio Koi is our host and sponsor, when you see owner Todd Elliott at the event be sure to thank him for his donation and use of his facility. Also, you might also thank him for the 20% off goldfish on Sunday, and a %% discount on other goods. Last time I was at the facility Todd had in stock 13 varieties.
Next, we have great fish food prizes to accompany the beautiful trophies. The show is on Saturday with a light lunch available until it runs out, in addition to the show we will have some grand donated prizes and auction.
On Sunday, some key board members will be at the Ohio Koi facility assist people with goldfish selection. Ohio is offering 20% off on Goldfish purchases.

Here is a listing for how the various varieties are broken down. For each variety there is a > 7.5cm (body only, excluding fins) and < 7.5 cm. Note if you are worried about this sizing, the judge will move it at his discretion.
Featured again this year the Founders Award, which is a Trio of matched fish in a tank. (we have this for both small and large fish)
Note, we use 20-gallon glass tanks so it is common to have more than one fish in a tank. The unique thing about this class is the fact that any one of these fish in the collection is also competing as an individual for the major awards, such as best in show.
Limit of 5 tanks per exhibitor. We encourage you not to overcrowd and entry.
Show will use the TGC Standards, two size classes will be allowed under 3” body length and over 3” body length. Entries of both size classes can be mixed in the tank.

Grand Champion
The Goldfish Council Award – This award is given to the best fish that was bred by a hobbyist. The exhibitor and the breeder do not need to be the same person. When renting the tanks, it is important to ask for the proper colored dot to add to the tank.
